目的建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)法快速测定食物中毒样品中酵米面黄杆菌毒素A的方法。方法被椰毒假单胞菌酵米面亚种污染的食物样品经6 mol/L HCl酸化,用正己烷提取,经Waters HILIC C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)分离,在ESI-模式下用串联质谱仪定性定量分析。结果酵米面食物样品中酵米面黄杆菌毒素A的方法检出限为0.25μg/kg,2个水平的加标回收率为76.8%~101.6%,相对标准偏差均为8.5%。结论该方法测定酵米面食物样品中的酵米面黄杆菌毒素A快速、准确、可靠,灵敏度高。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid method for the determination of Flavomycin A in food poisoning samples by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS / MS). Methods Food samples contaminated with P. coconut Pichia pastoris were acidified with 6 mol / L HCl, extracted with n-hexane and separated by Waters HILIC C18 (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.8 μm). In ESI-mode Qualitative and quantitative analysis with tandem mass spectrometry. Results The detection limit was 0.25μg / kg for Flavobacterium fermentum flavonoids A in the sample of fermented rice noodles. The recoveries were 76.8% -101.6% at 2 levels with relative standard deviations of 8.5%. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate, reliable and sensitive to the determination of Flavomyces nanovacsin in the samples of fermented rice noodles.
