目的:探讨Eph受体酪氨酸激酶A2(EphA2)和X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的表达以及临床意义。方法:收集2015年1月至2020年11月惠州市第六人民医院(南方医科大学附属惠阳医院)和广东医科大学附属医院病理学确诊的72例膀胱尿路上皮癌组织标本和对应癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学方法检测上述组织中EphA2蛋白和XIAP蛋白表达水平,结合研究对象临床资料进行n χ2检验。n 结果:EphA2蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的阳性表达率为62.50%(45/72),明显高于癌旁组织阳性表达率[16.67%(12/72)],差异有统计学意义(n χ2=31.623,n P<0.01)。XIAP蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的阳性表达率为76.39%(55/72),明显高于癌旁组织阳性表达率[12.50%(9/72)],两者差异有统计学意义(n χ2=59.513,n P<0.01)。EphA2蛋白表达水平与膀胱尿路上皮癌组织学分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期明显相关(n χ2=6.301、5.217、4.307、4.267,n P<0.05)XIAP蛋白表达水平与膀胱尿路上皮癌组织学分化程度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期明显相关(n χ2=5.256、5.840、4.659,n P<0.05)。n 结论:在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中EphA2蛋白和XIAP蛋白呈高表达,EphA2蛋白和XIAP蛋白检测有助于判断膀胱尿路上皮癌的生物学行为。“,”Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Erythropoietin producing human hepatocellular receptor A2 (EphA2) and X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein (XIAP) in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BUC).Methods:The expression levels of EphA2 protein and XIAP protein in 72 cases of BUC tissues and adjacent urothelial tissues pathologically confirmed from January 2015 to September 2020 on the Sixth People′s Hospital of Huizhou (Affiliated Huiyang Hospital of Southern Medical University) and Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University were examined by envision immunohistochemistry. The statistical analysis of Chi-square test in combination with clinical data was carried out.Results:The expression rate of EphA2 protein was 62.50% (45/72) in BUC tissues, significantly higher than 16.67% (12/72) in non-cancerous adjacent bladder urothelial tissues (n χ2=31.623, n P<0.01). The expression rate of XIAP protein was 76.39% (55/72) in BUC tissues, significantly higher than 12.50% (9/72) in non-cancerous adjacent bladder urothelial tissues (n χ2=59.513, n P<0.01). The expression of EphA2 protein was related BUC to histology grade, invasion depth, TNM stage (tumor node metastasis stage) and lymph node metastasis (respectively,n χ2=6.301, 5.217, 4.307, 4.267, n P<0.05). The expression of XIAP protein was related BUC to histology grade, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (respectively,n χ2=6.301, 5.217, 4.307, 4.267, n P<0.05).n Conclusion:EphA2 protein and XIAP protein are highly expressed in BUC tissues. Detection of EphA2 and XIAP expression may be help to predict the biological behaviors of BUC.
