一、前言实验表明,由于存在管间的汽液两相运动,水平管束沸腾换热的机理与水平单管有明显的差别。为了解释管束与单管沸腾特征的差异,人们已提出了循环模型和液膜蒸发模型。对于强化管组成的管束,实验结果还存在着较大的分岐。本文把管束与单管沸腾特性的差别,归结为存在一个管束效应。文中对管束效应的物理机制进行了系统的分析和实验研究。
First, the preamble experiments show that, due to the presence of two-phase vapor-liquid movement between the tube bundle boiling heat transfer mechanism and the level of a clear difference. In order to explain the differences between tube bundle and single-tube boiling characteristics, circulation models and liquid film evaporation models have been proposed. For the tube bundle to strengthen the tube, the experimental results there is a big difference. In this paper, the difference between the characteristics of tube bundle and single-tube boiling is attributed to the existence of a tube bundle effect. In this paper, the physical mechanism of the bundling effect is systematically analyzed and experimentally studied.
