背景:目前,中药已广泛运用于对恶性肿瘤治疗上,探讨和总结不同中药疗法对恶性肿瘤化疗增效作用,已成为中药研究的热点之一。目的:研究中药加味当归补血汤对肿瘤化疗的增效作用。设计:采取随机分组原则,建立不同中药剂量实验观察组及单纯西药组和对照组。地点与材料:以成都军区总医院中心实验室为实验地点,采用ICR小鼠作为实验动物。干预:将小鼠复制成荷肝癌实体瘤、S180肉瘤实验模型,并分别或联合给与加味当归补血汤与环磷酰胺。主要观察指标:观察不同剂量加味当归补血汤与环磷酰胺联用对肿瘤的抑制率以及小鼠生存期的影响。结果:加味当归补血汤与环磷酰胺联用,对小鼠肝癌实体瘤及S180肉瘤的抑制有协同增效作用,环磷酰胺加高剂量加味当归补血汤组瘤体平均质量明显低于环磷酰胺组,分别为(1.52±1.12)g,(0.32±0.22)g,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);对艾氏腹水癌和肝癌腹水型能明显延长小鼠生存期,环磷酰胺加高剂量加味当归补血汤组,其生存期达(31.56±4.02)d,(32.16±3.66)d,与环磷酰胺对照组比较,差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:加味当归补血汤能显著提高肿瘤化疗的疗效,在肿瘤的化疗中,具有一定的协同增效作用。
Background: At present, traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in the treatment of malignant tumors. To investigate and summarize the synergistic effects of different traditional Chinese medicines on chemotherapy for malignant tumors has become one of the hot topics in the study of traditional Chinese medicine. Objective: To study the synergistic effect of Chinese herbal medicine Danggui Buxue Decoction on tumor chemotherapy. Design: Randomized grouping principles were adopted to establish different doses of traditional Chinese medicine experimental observation group and western medicine group and control group. Location and Materials: The Chengdu Military Region General Hospital Central Laboratory was used as the experimental site, and ICR mice were used as experimental animals. Intervention: The mice were replicated into hepatocellular carcinoma solid tumors and S180 sarcoma experimental model, and they were given or supplemented with Danggui Buxue decoction and cyclophosphamide. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Observed the effect of different doses of Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with cyclophosphamide on tumor inhibition and survival of mice. Results: Modified DangGui BuXue Decoction combined with cyclophosphamide had a synergistic effect on the inhibition of hepatocarcinoma solid tumor and S180 sarcoma in mice. The average mass of cyclophosphamide plus high-dose modified DangGui BuXue Decoction group was significantly lower than that of Cyclophosphamide. The amide group was (1.52±1.12) g and (0.32±0.22) g, respectively. There was a significant difference (P<0.01). Ehrlich ascites carcinoma and hepatocellular carcinoma ascites can significantly prolong the survival period of mice. The survival time of amide plus high dose of DangGui BuXue Decoction group was (31.56±4.02)d and (32.16±3.66)d. Compared with the control group of cyclophosphamide, the difference was very significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction can significantly improve the efficacy of chemotherapy for tumors, and has a certain synergistic effect in the chemotherapy of tumors.
