目的探讨红细胞A2亚型在血型血清学和分子生物学的异同点。方法用单克隆抗-A、抗-B、抗-A1血型试剂进行血清学检测,对血清学检测为A2亚型的标本再进行ABO基因第6内含子和第7外显子测序分析。结果血清学检测共筛得40例A2亚型标本,基因检测得10例A2亚型,27例A1型,3例B(A)亚型;A2亚型以A205居多,非A2型以A102/B101居多。结论中国人群红细胞A2亚型的血清学与基因型表现比较复杂,血清学表现为A2亚型,但基因型具有多样性,而且红细胞上A抗原的凝集强度与基因型之间不存在相关性。
Objective To investigate the similarities and differences of blood group serology and molecular biology of erythrocyte A2 subtype. Methods Serological tests were performed with monoclonal anti-A, anti-B and anti-A1 blood group reagents. Sequences of intron 6 and 7 of the ABO gene were sequenced in serotype A2 subtype. Results A total of 40 A2 subtypes were screened by serological test, 10 subtypes A2 subtype, 27 A1 subtype, and 3 subtype B (A) subtypes. The subtypes A2 and A2 were mostly A205 and A2102 / B101 majority. Conclusion The serological and genotypic characteristics of A2 subtype of erythrocytes in Chinese population are complicated. The serological manifestations are subtype A2, but the genotypes are diverse. There is no correlation between agglutination intensity and genotype of A antigen on erythrocytes.
