2015年4月以来,某部委负责人在各种场合发表了对我国《劳动合同法》的意见,指出,《劳动合同法》对企业的保护严重不足,在立法和司法层面都有体现。该言论将各界对于《劳动合同法》修改的争论推向了高潮,各类讨论层见叠出,聚讼纷纭。人社部部长尹蔚民答记者问时,对讨论修改《劳动合同法》的声音进行了回应,并指出目前《劳动合同法》的主要问题
Since April 2015, the chief of a ministry has issued opinions on the “Labor Contract Law” in our country on various occasions. He pointed out that the “Labor Contract Law” has a serious lack of protection for enterprises and is reflected both in the legislative and judicial levels. The remarks culminated in the climax of the controversy over the revision of the Labor Contract Law, with various discussions at different levels and controversial issues. Yin Weimin, minister of the Ministry of Social Welfare, gave a reply to the discussion and amendment of the “Labor Contract Law” and pointed out the main problems of the “Labor Contract Law”
