佛开高速公路九江大桥主桥边跨盆式橡胶支座发生严重滑移,通过对620m长主跨(每个支座反力达3230kN)的盆式橡胶支座进行更换施工,在墩顶搭设施工平台,对墩顶和梁底进行处理,安装超薄千斤顶进行分级顶升后布设监时支撑,对旧支座拆除再更换的施工工艺进行研究,顺利解决了大荷载及在小操作空间内更换支座的施工工艺及施工监控,工程质量达到了设计要求。本文内容对大跨径桥梁的支座更换的施工及控制具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
