Objective To explore the value of early nutritional guidance of pregnant women in preventing anemia during pregnancy and the occurrence of complications of maternal and child. Methods A total of 120 pregnant women with no complications were given proper nutrition guidance. At the same time, pregnant women with 0.2g / day ferrous succinate tablets until delivery were used as the observation group at the beginning of 28 weeks. 150 pregnant women of the same condition were given no intervention Control group. The incidence of anemia during pregnancy and the incidence of complications during pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of anemia in observation and control groups was 9.2% and 54.7% respectively. The incidences of complications in both groups were 7.5% and 31.3% respectively. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in both groups were 1.7% and 4.7% respectively. The neonatal mortality rate was 0% and 1.33% respectively. In the evaluation of neonatal first aid, the observation group was higher than the control group; all the above differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Pregnant women with proper nutrition guidance and appropriate iron supplementation have a positive effect on reducing anemia during pregnancy, which can help pregnant women to give birth smoothly and reduce the incidence of complications.
