目的 研究消化管类癌中分化抗原(chrom ogranin A),浸润转移相关抗原urokinase,培殖细胞核抗原( P C N A)及细胞凋亡相关抗原 B M1 的表达与该肿瘤恶性程度的关系。方法 应用免疫组化技术( S A B法)检测随访 8 年以上的 13 例(其中无转移 9 例,其他器官转移 4 例)消化管类癌肿瘤组织中chrom ogranin A,urckinase, P C N A 及 B M1 的表达状况,并分析这些基因产物表达与该肿瘤恶性程度的关系。结果 未转移9 例中chrom ogranin A 5 例,urokinase 2 例阳性, P C N A 与 B M 1 全部阴性。转移4 例中chrom ogranin A 1 例,urokinase 2 例阳性, P C N A与 B M1 全部阳性。结论 肿瘤细胞增殖与凋亡基因产物表达的共同上调可能与消化管类癌的恶性程度相关。检测一定的基因产物表达将有助于判断该肿瘤的预后
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of chromogranin A, infiltration metastasis-associated antigen (urokinase), cultured cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and apoptosis-associated antigen B M 1 and the malignancy of this tumor. . Methods Immunohistochemical technique (S A B method) was used to detect chromogranin A, urckinase, and P CN in 13 cases (8 of whom had no metastasis and 4 of other organ metastasis) who followed for more than 8 years. The expression of A and B M 1 and the relationship between the expression of these gene products and the degree of malignancy of the tumor. Results Of the 9 cases without transfer of chromogranin A 5 cases, urokinase 2 cases were positive, and P C N A and B M 1 were all negative. Of the 4 cases with metastatic chromogranin A 1 cases, urokinase 2 cases were positive, and P C N A and B M 1 were all positive. Conclusion The common up-regulation of tumor cell proliferation and the expression of apoptotic gene products may be related to the degree of malignancy of the digestive canal carcinoid. Detection of a certain gene product expression will help determine the prognosis of the tumor
