The authors studied the effects of ginsenoside Rg 2 on iNOS ipsilateral and heterologous nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) expressed in human oocytes. The ginsenoside Rg 2 powder was dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide to make a stock solution of 200 mmol/L. The ACh solution must be freshly prepared.
