1 材料与方法1.1 材料 昆明小鼠45只,体重25g,雌雄兼用,随机均分为3组;盐酸异搏定注射液;20%氨基甲酸乙酯;10%和20%保苓丹混悬液。1.2 方法 本实验采用异搏定诱发心动过缓模型造型法(李仅奎,等.中药药理实验方法学,1991;388)。各组动物于实验前1周开始给药,高剂量组小鼠以20%保苓丹混悬液0.5ml/只灌胃;低剂量组以10%保苓丹混悬液0.5ml/只灌胃;对照组以同剂量蒸馏水灌胃,每天1次,连续给药1周,于末次给药后30min,以20%氨基甲
