研究Cr-Mo钢在应力腐蚀环境中的腐蚀情况,通过金相和硬度观察、四点弯曲实验、电化学实验、扫描电镜观察、X射线衍射和失效分析研究Cr-Mo钢的腐蚀机理,并对腐蚀产物膜进行分析。结果表明,抽油杆用钢的腐蚀大致分为两个过程,即开始阶段的加速过程和腐蚀产物膜覆盖基体表面之后的腐蚀过程。腐蚀膜大致为层状结构,底层紧实呈连续状分布而表层稀疏呈颗粒状断续分布,腐蚀产物多为FeCO_3。
The corrosion of Cr-Mo steel in stress corrosion environment was studied. The corrosion mechanism of Cr-Mo steel was studied by metallographic and hardness observation, four-point bending test, electrochemical experiment, scanning electron microscope observation, X-ray diffraction and failure analysis. The corrosion product film was analyzed. The results show that the corrosion of sucker rod steel is roughly divided into two processes, that is, the acceleration process in the initial stage and the corrosion process after the corrosion product film covers the surface of the substrate. Corrosion film is generally layered structure, the bottom of the tight continuous distribution and sparsely granular surface intermittent distribution, mostly corrosion products FeCO_3.
