铁路危险品货运站(危货站)空气污染物种类多,空气污染严重,为探讨对其监测和评价的综合性指标和方法,采用空气耗氧量( A O D)和 S O S致遗传毒性原位监测法( S O S原位法),分别对危货站空气污染进行了研究。结果表明,危货站中各点所测 A O D值与对照区 A O D值,在统计学上差异均有显著性( P< 005)。 S O S原位法显示,随采样体积的增加,β半乳糖苷酶的量也增加,采样体积与酶诱导率之间存在剂量反应关系。研究表明, A O D和 S O S原位法是铁路危货站空气污染较理想的综合评价指标和方法。
There are many air pollutants and serious air pollution in the railway dangerous goods freight station (terminal for crisis). In order to explore comprehensive indicators and methods of monitoring and evaluation, air oxygen consumption (A O D) and S O S Toxicity in situ monitoring (S O S in situ method), respectively, the air pollution at the terminal station was studied. The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference (P <005) between the A O D values measured at various points in the terminal and the A O D values in the control zone. S O S in situ method showed that the amount of βgalactosidase increased with the increase of sample volume, and there was dosereaction relationship between the sample volume and enzyme induction rate. The research shows that A O D and S O S in-situ method are comprehensive evaluation indexes and methods of air pollution in railway terminal.
