目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎治疗中恩替卡韦分散片的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析我院于2015年08月至2017年02月间我院收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者25例的临床资料,所有患者均应用恩替卡韦分散片进行治疗,观察并记录所有患者治疗前后肝功能改善情况、临床治疗效果以及不良反应。结果:25例患者中,显效21例、有效2例、无效2例,总有效率达到了92%。所有患者通过治疗后,肝功能均得到显著改善,对比治疗前,差异意义显著(p<0.05)。HBV-DNA转阴率为80%;HBe Ag转阴率44%。结论:应用恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者,疗效可靠突出,可有效改善患者肝功能指标,无不良反应,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of entecavir dispersible tablets in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B Methods: The clinical data of 25 patients with chronic hepatitis B treated in our hospital from August 2015 to February 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.
