[目的]摸索以浒苔为原料制作有机肥的技术条件,观测其施用效果。[方法]以浒苔为主料,用不同比例的秸秆、鸡粪、污泥调整含水量、有机质和碳氮比进行堆肥发酵,观测、比较堆肥温度变化、有机质和N、P、K含量及卫生学等指标。在作物栽培试验中,观测浒苔有机肥对种子发芽、盆栽和田间生菜生长的影响。[结果]单独用浒苔为原料制作有机肥,总养分含量偏低,而用麦草、鸡粪、污泥和浒苔混合堆肥时,总养分含量提高,且产品中有害元素含量符合国家标准。浒苔含量不超过50%,经调配使有机质、含水量、碳氮比分别控制在35%、55%和30左右,该条件下的堆肥产物对种子发芽无明显毒性,并可显著促进生菜生长。[结论]以浒苔为主料制作的有机肥促进作物生长效果显著。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the technical conditions for producing organic fertilizer with Enteromorpha as raw material and observe its application effect. [Method] With Enteromorpha as the main material, composting and fermentation were carried out with different proportions of straw, chicken manure, sludge adjusted water content, organic matter and carbon to nitrogen ratio. The changes of composting temperature, organic matter and N, Health and other indicators. In the crop cultivation experiment, we observed the effect of enteromorpha organic fertilizer on seed germination, potting and field lettuce growth. [Result] The organic fertilizer made from Enteromorpha alone had low total nutrient content. When mixed with wheat straw, chicken manure, sludge and Enteromorpha, the total nutrient content increased, and the content of harmful elements in the product met the national standard. The content of Enteromorpha is no more than 50%, and the organic matter, water content and C / N ratio are controlled at 35%, 55% and 30% respectively. The composting products under this condition have no obvious toxicity on seed germination and can significantly promote the growth of lettuce . [Conclusion] The organic manure made from Enteromorpha would promote the growth of crops significantly.
