微晶纤维素硫酸钠是一种具有显著抗凝血活性的物质,其抗凝活性与其在溶液中的构象密切相关.为了解其抗凝活性,文中通过旋光度分析、粘度分析和刚果红螺旋一线团过渡分析,研究了微晶纤维素硫酸钠溶液的构象.旋光度分析表明,微晶纤维素硫酸钠在水溶液或弱碱溶液中具有规则的空间构象;由粘度分析也可得出同样的结果;刚果红螺旋-线团过渡分析表明,微晶纤维素硫酸钠在溶液中具有规则的空间构象,同时具有单螺旋结构与高级螺旋结构.
Microcrystalline cellulose sulfate is a substance with significant anticoagulant activity and its anticoagulant activity is closely related to its conformation in solution. In order to understand its anticoagulant activity, the conformation of microcrystalline cellulose sulfate sodium sulfate solution was investigated by optical rotation analysis, viscosity analysis and Congo red spiral one-line cluster transition analysis. Optical rotation analysis showed that the microcrystalline cellulose sulfate had a regular spatial conformation in aqueous solution or weak base solution. The same result was also obtained from the viscosity analysis. Congo red spiral-coil transition analysis showed that microcrystalline cellulose sulfate Sodium has a regular spatial conformation in solution with both a single-helix structure and a high-order helical structure.
