以抗梭条花叶病的宁麦9 号、苏麦3 号、宁麦7 号及高感梭条花叶病的扬麦5 号、扬麦158、宁9415 为亲本,配制成13 个组合,在田间病圃鉴定了亲本、F1 、F2 和回交后代对小麦梭条花叶病的抗性表现。结果表明,小麦品种对梭条花叶病的抗性为细胞核遗传,这一性状受1~2 对基因控制,宁麦9 号和苏麦3 号各含有2 对抗病基因,宁麦7 号含有1 对抗病基因。抗病性为显性,感病性为隐性。并提出通过常规育种手段选育抗梭条花叶病的小麦品种是可行的
A total of 13 combinations were selected as parents of Ningmai 9, Sumai 3 and Ningmai 7 with high resistance to shuttle mosaic disease and Yangmai 5, Yangmai 158 and Ning 9415 with high resistance to shuttle mosaic disease. In the field nursery, the parents, F1, F2 and backcrossing offspring were identified as resistance to wheat stripe mosaic disease. The results showed that the resistance of wheat cultivars to the spat mosaic was nuclear inheritance. This trait was controlled by 1 ~ 2 genes. Ningmai 9 and Sumai 3 each contained 2 pairs of disease resistance genes. Ningmai 7 Contains 1 pair of disease resistance genes. Disease resistance is dominant, susceptibility is recessive. It is feasible to select the wheat varieties resistant to shuttle mosaic by conventional breeding methods
