顶岗实习是一门综合实践课程,在中职教育中举足轻重。顶岗实习是遵循职业教育规律的需要,是职业学校实施素质教育的需要,是教育与生产劳动相结合的需要,是培养学生职业道德和职业素养的需要,是促进学生全面发展和就业的需要。本文就中职学校学生顶岗实习的相关背景政策、现实存在的弊端、相应的管理策略进行了积极的探索。
Post internship is a comprehensive practical course, which plays an important role in secondary vocational education. It is the need of vocational school to implement quality education, the combination of education and productive labor, the need of cultivating students ’professional ethics and professional accomplishment, and the need of promoting students’ all-round development and employment. This article makes an active exploration on the relevant background policies, the existing defects and the corresponding management strategies of the internship of students in vocational schools.
