对广东省惠东县一个野生阴香(Cinnamomum burmannii(C.G.& Th.Ness)B1)种群的样品植株叶精油化学成分进行定性定量分析,将该种群划分为4个化学型。依据染色体、同工酶等实验结果,推测这些化学型之间的演化趋势为:伞花烃/桉叶油素型→桉叶油素型→桉叶油素/龙脑型→龙脑型。依此推理的作为化学特征指标的三个化合物的化学进化路线与萜类生源学说相符。
A qualitative and quantitative analysis of the chemical composition of leaf essential oil of a wild Cinnamomum burmannii (C.G. & Th. Ness) B1 population in Huidong County of Guangdong Province was conducted and the population was divided into four chemical types. According to the experimental results of chromosomes and isoenzymes, it was inferred that the evolutionary trends among these chemical types were: cymene/eucalyptus type→eoisin type→eolin oil/brain type→rhicole type. The chemical evolution path of the three chemical compounds that are inferred as chemical indicators is in accordance with the theory of terpenoids.
