关注理由 山东新华鲁抗药业零售连锁公司。从2001年5月成立到现在,连锁门店数就达到了近150家,销售额近亿元。如此的成就得益于新华鲁抗“产权改革”下资本运作的推动。 依托雄厚的工业基础和良好的药品销售体系,新华鲁抗首推零售连锁药店的产权改革模式;对下属药店进行拍卖,转让其中49%的产权,社会个人拥有药店的经营权、用人权和“新华鲁抗”品牌的使用权。这是零售连锁药店对经营和融资模式的有益探索,此举给新华鲁抗的跨区域连锁提供了新的动力,对整个行业有着积极地借鉴作用。目前,新华鲁抗跨区域发展中,产权合作成了其中的重要内容。连锁公司在省内大部分地区实行连锁经营并充分利用鲁抗集团在全国的销售网络和品牌优势,积极向省外发展这样一种资本运作之路。到目前已在山东各地及辽宁、安徽、河南、陕西、江苏等地开办7100多家连锁药店,同时在山东、辽宁、浙江、湖北、江苏等地控股和参股7家医药公司,形成了工商一体化的营销网络体系。
