社会主义核心价值观是以人为本,以人为本不仅有着深厚的现实意义也有着科学的哲学原理支撑。马克思主义哲学认为人是社会历史的创造者,是社会实践的主体,所以必须坚持人民的利益至上,做到发展为了人民,发展依靠人民、发展成果人民共享。十八大提出建立社会主义核心价值观就是坚持了这一哲学原理。当然,社会主义核心价值观坚持以人为本,在社会生活的领域表现十分的广泛,包括社会的、政治的、经济的、文化的、还有生态的。其中本文认为社会主义核心价值观理论所坚持的以人为本应当在我们的社会实践上重点地体现在衣食住行上,其中“食”尤为重要,自古皆有“民以食为天”的说法,人民解决温饱,让人民吃饱饭是历代统治者必须重视的重大的政治问题。本文重点分析了如何在以人为本的基础上实现食品安全,就这一问题,笔者从企业、政府和第三方三个方面提出了,如何以人为保障食品安全。
The core values of socialism are people-oriented, people-oriented not only has profound practical significance but also supports the philosophy of science. Marxist philosophy holds that man is the creator of social history and the main body of social practice. Therefore, we must uphold the interests of the people and promote the development of the people, the development of people, and the achievement of development. The 18th CPC National Congress proposed that the establishment of the socialist core values adhere to this philosophical principle. Of course, the core values of socialism insist on people-oriented and perform a wide range of social life, including social, political, economic, cultural, and ecological. Among them, the paper holds that the people-centered principle that the socialist core values theory should adhere to should mainly be reflected in the basic necessities of life in our social practice. Among them, “food” is especially important since ancient times. It is a major political issue that the rulers of all generations must pay attention to when the people solve the problem of food and clothing and food for the people. This article focuses on how to achieve food safety on the basis of people-oriented. On this issue, the author puts forward from three aspects of enterprises, government and third parties how to ensure food safety by man.
