《井冈山土地法》和《兴国土地法》,是我党土地革命初期解决土地问题的两部重要法律,对中国革命产生了深远的影响,两部法律制定的时间相隔不远,从两部法律的比较中可以看出当时根据地土地政策的一些变化。
The “Land Law of Jinggangshan” and the Law of “Xingguo Land” are two important laws for solving the land issue in the early days of the Agra Revolution in our country.
