目的：观察咳喘停袋泡颗粒治疗热哮型支气管哮喘的临床疗效及其安全性。方法：将86例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组加用咳喘停袋泡颗粒,疗程均为14 d。检测患者治疗前后第1 s用力呼气容积（FEV1）、外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数（EOS）、血清免疫球蛋白IgE。结果：总有效率治疗组为97.67%,对照组为86.05%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;2组FEV1、IgE、EOS治疗前后比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01）;2组治疗后IgE比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.
