以重庆地区居住建筑为研究对象,通过改变外墙的外保温材料,在维持外墙传热系数基本不变的条件下,构造9种具有不同蓄热性能的外墙形式。利用eQUEST软件计算了建筑空调冷负荷,分析了在不同空调运行模式下热惰性指标对累计负荷的影响。结果表明:当热惰性指标小于3时,其变化对空调冷负荷影响不明显。热惰性指标和衰减倍数的增大虽然有益于累计冷负荷的减小,但是两参数的影响程度会发生变化。此外,热惰性指标对累计冷负荷的影响还需要考虑不同功能房间在不同时段的热工性能要求。
Taking residential buildings in Chongqing as the research object, 9 types of external wall forms with different thermal storage properties are constructed by changing the external insulation materials of the external walls while maintaining the heat transfer coefficient of the external walls substantially unchanged. The ebuest software was used to calculate the cooling load of building air conditioners, and the influence of the thermal inertia indexes on the cumulative load under different air conditioner operating modes was analyzed. The results show that: when the thermal inertia index is less than 3, the change has no obvious effect on the air conditioning cooling load. Although the increase of thermal inertia index and attenuation multiple is beneficial to the decrease of cumulative cooling load, the influence of two parameters will change. In addition, the influence of the thermal inertia index on the cumulative cooling load also needs to consider the thermal performance requirements of the different function rooms at different time periods.
