今年是“六五”普法宣传教育活动的总结验收之年,为做好这项工作,某地工会及早部署考核办法,将随机抽查企业职工对《工会法》、《劳动法》的知晓率,低于80%的不得分。工资集体协商考核,本行业职工的满意率和知晓率低于50%的不得分。重点工作考核得不得分不看汇报“问”职工的做法,由此带来的是,促使工会干部工作重心下移,普法教育工作必须实打实,与职工面对面。在很多时候,上级工会考核下级工会工作,往往是工会系统内循环,工会自我评价、自我夸奖,职工几乎很少有参与“打分”和“说话”的
