近几年,我国的乳品加工业进入了一个快速发展的新时期,潜力巨大的奶业消费市场吸引得国内的大牌企业和国外的资本大鳄纷纷抢滩。有资料显示,近5年来,我国各地已吸引了几乎所有知名的跨国公司来中国建厂,外商投资乳品企业达到60多家,他们与我国的1500多家乳品加工企业展开了如火如荼的竞争。有人戏称“大企业当仁不让,中企业横冲直撞,小企业见缝就上”。然而,作为奶业发展的第一道工序—奶源基地建设却相对滞后,与迅速扩张的乳品加工业及奶业消费市场形成了巨大的反差。为了企业的长足发展,各家企业纷纷制定出自己的奶源策略。
In recent years, China’s dairy processing industry has entered a new period of rapid development. The huge dairy consumer market has attracted domestic big-name enterprises and foreign capital predators one after another. Statistics show that over the past five years, almost all well-known multinational corporations in China have attracted almost all well-known multinational corporations to set up factories in China. Over 60 foreign-funded dairy enterprises have been engaged in competition in full swing with more than 1,500 dairy processing enterprises in China. Someone joked “big business doing my part, the Chinese enterprises rampage, see the small business on the ”. However, as the first step in the development of the dairy industry, the construction of the milk source base has lagged behind and has formed a huge contrast with the rapidly expanding dairy processing industry and the dairy consumer market. For the rapid development of enterprises, all companies have developed their own milk strategy.
