时下,一些下岗职工不灰心,不丧气,转变观念,自立自强,自谋出路,干出了一番事业,可以说把“坏事”变成了好事。但一部分下岗职工却产生了忧愁抑郁、烦闷焦虑、空虚无聊或无可奈何情绪,这些负性情绪,刺激了中枢神经系统,使其发生功能紊乱,引起了精神障碍,对人的健康产生了不良的影响。 产生负性情绪的下岗职工,主要表现为情绪突然低沉,容易激动,整日闷闷不乐,心中烦燥,对生活和各种社会活动缺乏兴趣,常觉全身疲乏无力,学习、生活等能力下降,不愿与他人交往。常有胸闷、腹胀、饮食无味、四肢发麻、注意力不集中、记忆力减退等征象,并常有以早醒为特征的失眠、醒后再难入睡
