电力企业是我国市场经济建设中重要的产业之一,对我国的基础经济建设和国民经济的发展具有重要的推动作用。电力企业也不再是传统的被垄断,改善了现有电价机制存在的不足,对电力用户的利益有好处,增加了他们对电力企业的选择,同时也加大了电力企业间的竞争激烈程度。所以电力企业为了提高市场占有率需要不断提高服务质量,向客户提供优质服务来提高他们的满意度。本文对此展开阐述,分析了优质服务在电力营销中的作用。
Power enterprises are one of the important industries in the construction of market economy in our country, which plays an important role in promoting the basic economic construction and the development of the national economy in our country. Power companies are no longer the traditional monopoly, improving the existing shortcomings of the electricity price mechanism, the interests of power users are beneficial to increase their choice of power companies, but also increased the intense competition among power companies .
