我校学生资源环境:目前我校学生人数较多,班级平均人数至少有五十几人。人数过多,课堂上教师难以兼顾到每一个学生;且年级实行平行分班,即每个班级间学生的平均实力相当,教师的教学能力也基本均衡,但是一个班级内部学生的学习能力相差悬殊,基础相差较大,学习的速度相差也很大。如果实行大班教学,难以实现因材施教,容易出现学生“吃不饱”或“消化不良”的情况。怎样才能最大程度的兼顾到每一个学生的情况,给他们制造更加平等的学习机会,让他们能力得到最大程度的发展?我们尝试通
