长生灵(河蚌制剂)是治疗恶性纤瘤的生物免疫制剂,具有低毒、高效的新药。目前放射疗法仍然是治疗某些恶性肿瘤的有效措施,但常因放射治疗所致的损伤而不得不中止放疗。为此,我们探讨了长生灵对小鼠急性放射损伤的防护作用(简称抗放作用)。实验用本校繁殖的杂种雄性小鼠,体重20~24克,分为照前50、30分钟给药和照后50分给药及对照组共6组180只(每组20~40只)。采用钴-60γ-射线全身一次照射850伦(821拉德)、剂量率75.9伦/分,动物距离放射源3米远。实验结果如附表。从表中看到
Changshengling (Hexi preparation) is a biologically immunologic preparation for the treatment of malignant fibroids and has a low toxicity and high efficacy of new drugs. At present, radiation therapy is still an effective measure to treat certain malignant tumors, but radiotherapy often has to be stopped due to the damage caused by radiation therapy. To this end, we explored the protective effect of Changshengling on acute radiation injury in mice (referred to as anti-radiation effect). The experimental hybrid male mice breeding in this school were weighed in the range of 20 to 24 grams and divided into 50 groups at 50 and 30 minutes before and 50 at the end of the photograph, and 180 in the control group (20 to 40 per group). A total of 850 L (821 rads) was irradiated once daily with Cobalt-60 gamma-rays at a dose rate of 75.9 l/min and animals were 3 meters away from the source.
