好课程需要有与之相匹配的评价体系,过程性评价得到了诸多学者和一线教师们的推崇。本文基于文献法、问卷调查法、归纳提炼法等对《塘栖旅游英语》校本课程过程性评价进行了设计与实施的具体研究。研究结果认为,本文所设计的过程性评价是有效的,在实施中激发了学生的学习兴趣和信心,提高了学生的专业实践能力,让师生关系更加融洽,社会认可度也得到了提高。同时,本文也认为保证过程性评价设计的有效性,必须坚持“纵向比较,激励为先;主体多元,尊重个性;及时反馈,师生调整”等设计原则,在方式上采用“学生自评、互评以及教师、导师考评和游客评价”等多种评价,在评价内容上要包含“学习方式、智能成果和非智力因素”等,在具体实施策略上可以采用设计合理的评价目标、建立个人档案、任务合理分组、量性考核以及反馈修正等。
