为使运动锻炼收益最大、危害最小,医生和生理学家在给计划参加运动的人们,不论是患者,还是被认为健康者制订训练方案时应当注意:(1)各运动处方有其特定的目的,例如,为了提高有氧运动的能力,为了控制体重、改善葡萄糖耐量或调整血浆脂蛋白水平等,所以运动处方也应当各不相同。(2)运动的类型或方式、参加的频率(天数/周)、锻炼持续的时间(每次运动的分钟)和强度必须随锻炼者最初的健康状况和适应性而异。
