为了解坐便的卫生状况,我们对辖区内招待所的坐便进行了抽样调查。方法按无菌操作的原则将2×2.5cm~2的无菌生理盐水滤纸片置于坐便边沿,取下后置于50ml 无菌生理盐水的试管内,做细菌总数的测定。用无菌棉棒涂抹坐便边沿,然后分别接种于高盐甘露醇琼脂培养基内,置37℃下培养24h,观察葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌的生长情况。将涂过坐便边沿的棉棒接种于沙保弱氏培养基上,在22℃下培养7天,观察真菌的生长情况。用涂片法检验淋球菌和滴虫。结果检验110份样品,细菌总数<500,<1000、<5000、<10000、<50000及5万个以上/cm~2的检出率
