本实验主要采用生化和电生理两种方法来探讨复方丹参和辅酶Q_(10)。对心肌的保护作用。实验结果发现损伤心肌组织中,线粒体辅酶Q_(10)和全血中ATP,ADP含量降低,说明损伤心肌组织能量代谢发生障碍,同时电生理指标也发生改变。为此,我们开展了复方丹参和辅酶Q_(10)对心肌保护作用的研究,实验结果证实,这两种药物对心肌有明显的保护作用。
In this experiment, biochemical and electrophysiological methods were mainly used to investigate compound salvia miltiorrhiza and coenzyme Q_(10). Myocardial protection. The experimental results showed that the contents of mitochondrial coenzyme Q_(10) and whole blood ATP and ADP were decreased in the injured myocardium, indicating that the energy metabolism of the injured myocardium was impaired and the electrophysiological parameters were also changed. To this end, we conducted a study on the protective effect of the compound Danshen and Coenzyme Q10 on myocardial protection. The experimental results confirmed that these two drugs have obvious protective effects on the myocardium.
