用色谱—同位素质谱仪对青藏高原东北部高寒草甸生态系统中的两种高等植物—火绒草(Leontopodium leontopodioidies)和蒲公英(Taraxacum mongolicum)的烷烃进行分析,讨论环境因素对植物单体烷烃碳同位素组成(δ~(13)C_(ia))的影响。研究发现,两种植物奇碳数正构烷烃的δ~(13)C_(ia)值都比较小,且有随海拔高度的增加而增大的趋势,而偶碳数正构烷烃的δ~(13)C_(ia)值则比较离散,变化也没有规律。奇碳数正构烷烃的δ~(13)C_(ia)值可能是反映气候变化的较好指标。
The alkanes of two higher plants, Leontopodium leontopodioidies and Taraxacum mongolicum, in the alpine meadow ecosystem in the northeastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau were analyzed by using chromatographic-isotope mass spectrometry. The effects of environmental factors on the carbon isotope Composition (δ ~ (13) C_ (ia)). The results show that δ 13 C ia values of both plant n-alkanes are relatively small and increase with increasing altitude, while δ ~ (13) C_ (ia) value is more discrete, there is no change in the law. The δ ~ (13) C ia values of odd-numbered n-alkanes may be good indicators of climate change.
