丘脑出血的发生率占高血压性脑出血的10%~15%,从CT问世后其发生率上升至20%~35%[1]。我科自1987年以来收治4例,现报道如下。病例资料:例1 刘某某,男,60岁。因头晕、呕吐3h于1988年3月26日入院。患者于当日早晨起床时头晕,恶心,呕吐数次,吐出胃内容物。起病前一天觉头晕、乏力,但仍可坚持上班。1957年发现血压高。体检:血压21.3/13.1kPa,意识清,懒言,瞳孔等圆等大,直径4mm,对光反射及眼球活动正常。颈项无抵抗,心肺无异常,四肢活动无障碍。入院后第5天嗜睡,右侧中枢性轻偏瘫,肌力4级,右侧腹壁反射及提
