用与本研究第一部分相同的坐标系,在42个(84侧)男性成人头颅上,测定了脑膜中动脉的坐标位置,并在坐标纸上画出它的行径的投影.主要结果为:1.发现6侧(7.14±2.80%)脑膜中动脉本干(1侧)或其前支(5侧)出自眼动脉系,穿眶上裂外侧部进入颅腔.2.只有18侧(22.78±4.72%)脑膜中动脉分成前、后支的分叉点是在y=20平面以上,其坐标是(34.8(?)±4.85mm,25.8(?)±3.94mm),其余的61侧(77.22±4.72%)的分叉点均在y=20平面以下.3.前支与y=20、50、60和70四个平面相交点的x值分别平均为39.94±6.26mm、28.45±6.64mm、23.57±7.09mm和20.42±7.68mm.4.后支与y=20平面相交点的x值平均为20.62±18.74mm,交Y轴的y值平均为33.80±10.43mm.交y=50、60和70三个平面的点的x值分别平均为-28.89±16.43mm、-28.84±14.02mm和-37.24±12.29mm.还分别分析了脑膜中动脉两支与已定平面相交点的分布规律,讨论了利用脑膜中动脉作为吻合血管的有关问题.
