随着我国东部矿山浅部资源枯竭,开采深度的不断增加,矿石贫、杂、细及种类多,西部资源丰富,高寒缺水等特点;加上公民对环境的日益关注,对有限资源综合回收利用提出了新的要求,选矿工艺对设备、电气和生产过程自动化的要求越来越高,大型设备机电一体化化、智能MCC和选矿过程参数优化控制已经成为用户的迫切需求。综合自动化系统包括ERP企业资源计划系统、MES制造(生产)执行系统、FCS工艺流程控制系统三层关系,其中,FCS系统是综合自动化的基础。
With the depletion of shallow mines in the eastern part of our country, the mining depth is continuously increasing, the ore is poor, miscellaneous, fine and many kinds, rich in resources in the west and cold in the alpine. With the citizens’ increasing concern for the environment, the comprehensive recovery of limited resources With the new requirements put forward, the requirements of dressing technology on the automation of equipment, electrical and production processes are getting higher and higher. The integration of mechatronics for large equipment, intelligent MCC and optimization of parameters for beneficiation process has become an urgent need of users. The integrated automation system includes the ERP enterprise resource planning system, the MES manufacturing (production) execution system, and the FCS process control system. Among them, the FCS system is the basis of integrated automation.
