在教育工作当中,尤其是高校外语教学,我们应该逐渐清晰认识一点,知识是构建而成,并不是被动传递的,是依靠学生自己个人构建,不是以来教师传递。教育的主体一直都是学生,教学过程中要改变以往教师主导的现状,改变以教师为中心来传授知识的单一模式。教师要改变主导传授知识单一角色,逐渐转变到突出注重学生个人能力培养意义自主学习的创新教学模式。教学模式的转变,高校外语教学改革中教师角色的转变的关键。
In educational work, especially in foreign language teaching in colleges and universities, we should gradually understand that knowledge is constructed, not passed on, passively on the basis of the students ’personal construction, not from the teachers’ transmission. The main body of education has always been students, teaching process to change the status quo of teachers in the past led to change the teacher-centered to teach a single model of knowledge. Teachers should change their dominant role of imparting knowledge and gradually shift to innovative teaching mode that emphasizes individual ability of students and fosters self-study of meaning. The transformation of teaching mode and the key to the transformation of teachers’ role in the reform of foreign language teaching in colleges and universities.
