柴油机输出功率和效率同喷入燃烧室中的燃料雾化性能有很大关系,研制过程中,在燃烧室确定后,如何组织燃油喷射是决定燃烧过程好坏的重要环节。燃油系统参数既要保证喷射压力和缸内压力的适当,又要保证柴油机性能的良好。虽然目前仍须用喷油泵试验台和发动机的试验来选择和研制喷射系统参数,但理论规律有助于预测或评价各种变化的效果。为了做少量实验就能确定适合于新型发动机喷射系统的最佳值,摸索实验的捷径和规律,节省时间、劳力和费用就要正确运用理论规律。当然,这就必须要有很准确的实验测量作依据。
The output power and efficiency of the diesel engine are closely related to the atomization performance of the fuel sprayed into the combustion chamber.
