本文针对机车铜瓦采用氧-乙炔堆焊工艺能否保证质量这一问题,从理论角度对动轴铜瓦的工作状况、焊接适应性,焊接方法选择、焊接材料选择及实际应用中的焊接工艺等进行了分析,并以赴段质量调查的结果作为依据,提出了动轴铜瓦利旧存在的一些问题的根本原因不是由于采用焊修工艺造成的,虽然焊修工艺有一定的局限性,但完全可以满足使用要求的观点。
