兔脑皮层电图(ECoG)是在急性实验中观测神经系统功能变化的重要指标之一,但由于开颅手术创伤的影响,对慢性实验应用不大。而颅外头皮安装电极记录脑电图(EEG)常因物理或生物电干扰而失败。本实验旨在研究家兔EEG记录方法,并同传统的ECoG对照,经过探索研究,得到无创伤的家兔头皮EEG图谱,从而为长期观察脑电活动提供了一种新方法。
Rabbit cortical ECoG (an ECOG) is one of the important indicators to observe the changes of nervous system function in acute experiment, but it has not been used in chronic experiment due to the influence of craniotomy trauma. The extracranial scalp mounting electrode recording EEG often due to physical or biological interference and failure. This experiment aimed to study the EEG recording method of rabbits and compare them with the traditional ECoG. After exploring and researching, the EEG pattern of scalp in rabbits was obtained, which provided a new method for long-term observation of EEG activity.
