东北地区长岭断陷油气储层薄,储层物性差,层内非均质性强,单井产能低,直井开发经济效益差,油田为了增储上产,开始试点部署小井眼水平井,完井采取分段压裂方法获得工业油气流,通过试点水平井,获得了高产的油气流,具有巨大的油气藏勘探开发潜力。该地区地质条件复杂,井壁稳定问题突出,深部地层研磨性强,可钻性差,机械钻速慢,钻井周期长,储层流体含大量二氧化碳,登娄库泥页岩的坍塌卡钻,6″小井眼水平井段携砂、润滑防卡和井眼净化等问题突出,钻井风险较常规井眼加大,事故时有发生,严重制约着井下安全和钻井机械钻速的提高。通过采取优化井身结构、分层优选高效钻头、试验应用钻井新技术等技术措施,该地区深井机械钻速得到了大幅度提高,达到了优质、快速、高效钻井的目的。

Well structure, stratification and optimization of high-efficiency drill bit, test the application of new drilling technology and other technical measures, the deep penetration rate of deep-well drilling in this area has been greatly improved to achieve high-quality, rapid and efficient drilling purposes.
