玉米是我区主要栽培作物之一,在粮食生产中占有重要地位,但由于早春经常发生低温冷害,使玉米生产受到很大影响。本试验研究ABA(脱落酸)、GA_3(赤霉素)、IAA(吲哚乙酸)对玉米幼苗抗冷性的影响,以期找出一种有效的防御低温冷害的物质,减少低温冷害造成的损失。一、材料与方法 (一)材料:选用内蒙古农牧学院多年选育的自交系851019和851054。将种子直播在0.5~1.0mm的砂子中,沙培育苗。培养用的塑料盆直径为8cm,出苗前浇自来水,出苗后浇Hoagland营养
Maize is one of the main cultivated crops in our region and occupies an important position in the grain production. However, due to the frequent low temperature chilling injury in early spring, corn production is greatly affected. In this study, the effects of ABA (abscisic acid), GA_3 (gibberellin) and IAA (indole acetic acid) on the chilling resistance of maize seedlings were studied in order to find out an effective anti-chilling agent and to reduce the damage caused by chilling injury . First, materials and methods (A) Material: Inner Mongolia Institute of Agriculture and Pastoral Selection for many years inbred lines 851019 and 851054.
