钻孔弯曲校正方法的种类很多,有投影制图法(如法线投影法和走向投影法),计算法,量板法等等。不同方法各有其利弊。投影制图法由于投影制图手续繁琐(要作三组辅助线条),效率低,精度不高且难以检查而逐渐被计算法取代。虽然计算法能克服投影制图法的不足,但计算尚嫌繁杂,还需人工作图。因此,笔者试用微型计算机处理来实现钻孔弯曲校正制图方法的自动化。
There are many kinds of methods for drilling bend correction, such as projection mapping method (such as normal projection and projection method), calculation method, volume plate method and so on. Different methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. Projection mapping method due to the complexity of the projection mapping procedures (to be three sets of auxiliary lines), low efficiency, low accuracy and difficult to check gradually replaced by the calculation method. Although the calculation method can overcome the lack of projection mapping method, but the calculation is still too complicated, the need for people working drawings. Therefore, I experimented with microcomputer processing to automate the method of drilling bend correction charting.
