为了系统研究广西草药血党的化学成分。本文采用多种色谱技术和光谱技术对血党根部进行了分离提取和结构鉴定。从石油醚提取部位分离得到两个新化合物,经鉴定其结构分别为2-十三烷基-3-[(2-十三烷基-4-乙酰氧基-6-甲氧基)-苯氧基]-6-甲氧基-1,4-苯醌(1)和2-甲氧基-4-羟基-6-十三烷基-乙酸苯酯(2)。化合物1,2均为新化合物。
In order to systematically study the chemical constituents of Guangxi Herbal Blood Party. In this paper, a variety of chromatographic techniques and spectroscopic techniques were used to separate and extract the roots of the blood and identify the structures. Two new compounds were isolated from petroleum ether extracts and identified as 2-tridecyl-3-[(2-tridecyl-4-acetoxy-6-methoxy)-benzene. Oxo]-6-methoxy-1,4-benzoquinone (1) and 2-methoxy-4-hydroxy-6-tridecyl-acetic acid phenyl ester (2). Compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds.
