问我上个月接到市公安局的通知,半年前丢失的轿车已被追回了,让我去办理领取手续。事情是这样的:我于2010年8月份买的轿车,今年春节期间被盗,我即向市公安局和保险公司报了案,三个月后没有找到的迹象,公安局刑警队为我出具了证明,保险公司据此对我作了赔偿;保险公司让我签了《权益转让书》,注明我接受赔偿后,丢失的轿车所有权归保险公司所有。
