前不久,2006中国企业500强的发布又一次唤起人们对中国大企业成长问题的关注,特别是中国企业的国际化经营问题尤其引人注目。因为世界500强的发展历史证明,几乎所有企业都是从国内市场起步,然后以本国为基地,不断走向世界,最终成为跨国企业的。跨国经营是国际级大企业产生和发展的必经之路。只有国际化经营才能使企业在全球范围内配置资源,也只有全球化的市场才会给企业提供足够的成长空间。中国企业要做强做大就必须积极参与全球分工、合作和竞争,走国际化经营之路。因此,吸收和借鉴世界500强企业国际化经营的经验,探索与把握中国企业在经济全球化中的发展规律和趋势,提出适合我国企业“走出去”的对策建议,对我国大企业的持续成长无疑是大有益处的。
Not long ago, the release of the 2006 Top 500 Chinese Enterprises once again aroused people’s concern about the growth of large enterprises in China. In particular, the issue of international operation of Chinese enterprises was particularly noticeable.
