BIM技术正在成为当前工程建设行业的主流,2011年和2014年住房和城乡建设部分别印发了《2011—2015年建筑业信息化发展纲要》和《关于推进建筑业发展和改革的若干意见》的通知,积极鼓励建筑行业在设计、施工及运营维护过程中采用BIM技术。首先对BIM技术进行简要的介绍,并通过一具体工程实例介绍了BIM技术在建筑设计、施工、运维一体化中的应用,从而为BIM技术在今后相关工程项目中的应用提供借鉴。
BIM technology is becoming the mainstream of the current engineering construction industry. In 2011 and 2014, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development respectively issued the Outline for the Development of Informatization in the Construction Industry in 2011-2015 and Several Opinions on Promoting the Development and Reform of the Construction Industry Notice, and actively encourage the construction industry to adopt BIM technology in the design, construction and operation and maintenance processes. Firstly, a brief introduction of BIM technology is introduced, and the application of BIM technology in the integration of architecture design, construction, operation and maintenance is introduced through a concrete engineering example so as to provide reference for the application of BIM technology in related engineering projects in the future.
