就当前的现状来看,我国电力工程建设投入始终处在增长状态,但由于传统电力工程管理模式存在弊端问题,造成了业主与总承包商利益的不均衡性。为此,需在现代电力工程项目实施过程中,结合电力工程设计、采购、施工等流程,落实EPC项目管理模式,即在EPC项目管理过程中,梳理工程EPC资源,继而对资源进行优化配置,保证工程项目的稳定运行。本文从EPC项目概述分析入手,并详细阐述了EPC项目资源配置路径。
As far as the current situation is concerned, the investment in China’s power engineering construction has always been in a growth state.
